Pricing Information

 

The cover price of the book is $20.

In the U.S.

Books are sent with USPS media mail.

Orders to Hawaii or Alaska, see below.

Shipping and handling is $4 for the first book, $1 for each additional book (shipped to the same address).

1 book = $24

2 books = $45

3 books = $66

4 books = $87, etc.

(Please note: shipping is via MEDIA MAIL. This usually takes a few days in the continental U.S. but CAN TAKE UP TO TWO WEEKS, especially if the book has far to go (from the East coast). ALSO, it can take several weeks to Alaska and Hawaii. And, during the winter holidays it can take longer than 2 weeks, even in the continental U.S. To get a book sent with priority mail, please contact us. It costs $6.30 in the U.S.)

Note: There is currently no option of entering a separate shipping address with Paypal. If your shipping address is different than your billing address, please use the "Message" box to let me know this and to include your shipping address. I will get this message and ship your book to this address!

 

 

International orders

As of 2012, there are two reasonably-priced options for international shipping. (There is an exorbinantly high-priced 3-5 day option, as well.)

1. Priority Mail Flat Rate box = $18. This envelope can hold 1 or 2 books. This takes 6 to 10 business days. This is only $14 to Canada.

2. First Class International = varies by country. Email us for a specific rate. Canada is $7.90, and many countries are $14.50. The delivery time "varies by country." Most books seem to arrive within 2 weeks. One order (to Mexico) took 6 weeks, though, so we wait 8 weeks before we consider the books lost.

You can pay with a postal money order, with Paypal, or (usually) with a credit card via Paypal. Email us and we will let you know what to do. For more shipping details, and info on reducing shipping cost by ordering multiple books, see the the Shipping page here .
