Pricing Information

 

The cover price of the book is $20.

In the U.S.

Books are sent with USPS media mail. Orders to Hawaii or Alaska, see below. Shipping and handling is $4 for the first book, $1 for each additional book (shipped to the same address).

1 book = $24

2 books = $45

3 books = $66

4 books = $87, etc.

(Please note that this shipping is via USPS media mail. This takes a few days in the continental U.S. but can take several weeks to Alaska and Hawaii. To get a book to Alaska or Hawaii in a few days, please use $9 shipping and handling, instead of $4, for priority mail. Contact us if you have any questions.)

Note: There is currently no option of entering a separate shipping address with Paypal. If your shipping address is different than your billing address, please use the "Message" box to let me know this and to include your shipping address. International orders

Shipping (via U.S. postal service) to Canada is $7.00.

Shipping to most other countries is $13.00.

(Email us with your location to confirm this price if you live somewhere really unusual, like the South Pole.)

You can usually pay with a postal money order. We may be able to accept Paypal payments for small orders--email us and we will let you know what to do.
